Dame Stephanie
Dame Stephanie is a venture philanthropist who successfully built an all-woman software selling company called Freelance Programmers valued at $3 billion. She established The Shirley Foundation (a grant-giving foundation), Prior’s Court School (for young people with complex autism), and the UK’s national autism research charity. She was a founding donor of the Oxford Internet Institute, a University of Oxford department. In 2009, she became the first government-appointed Ambassador for Philanthropy in the UK. She has given away nearly £70 million in total and believes “The more I give, the richer my life becomes.”

Linda Cox
Linda Cox is currently the Executive Program Director of Future of Disability and Educator Advisory Board Member for Wharton Global Youth Program. She is passionate about utilizing finance to help others. Her experiences range from Professorship of Business Communications at the University of Nevada; Founding Green With Envy/Cakes & Crumpets (a social impact start-up with clients such as Pepsi and MTV); and Consulting Business Education, Personal Finance, and the Stock Market at SIFMA.

Miracle Ewim
Miracle Ewim is a Digital Marketing Professional, leading the Marketing and Communications team of Zarttech (a Netherlands-based startup). She has developed and implemented digital campaigns that connected businesses in over 8 industries with their target audiences. A recipient of the 25under25 for tech, she has expertise in Digital Marketing, Digital Transformation, Public Speaking, and Storytelling, and is an Amazon best-selling author with her second book ‘The Goal Setting Blueprint’. She has helped ignite a digital career for hundreds of youths in Africa with her annual event #SkillFiesta. In alignment with her passion for digital literacy, her community We Lead Africa, partnered with Facebook and Digivate 360, trains SMEs on digital skills across 7 states in Nigeria.

Małgorzata Druciarek
Małgorzata Druciarek is the Head of the Gender Equality Observatory and analyst the Institute of Public Affairs. Her research is focused on gender equality with a niche in evaluation of public policies and the treatment of men and women in various aspects. Furthermore, she is an expert in the fields of civic participation, elections activation, and civic education. She aims to coalesce her background and expertise in labour market and social policy to further new research and policy-making.

Aleksandra Niżyńska
Aleksandra Niżyńska has over 10 years of experience in analysis and research on public policies. She worked as an analyst in the think tank Institute of Public Affairs in Warsaw, consulting company Deloitte and innovation agency A Piece of Pie in Barcelona. She has extensive experience in research on gender equality and diversity. Currently in EIT Food, the leading European initiative in the field of agrifood connecting business, research centers, universities, accelerators, and startups she is coordinating the project Empowering Women in Agrifood in Central and Eastern Europe and performs as a Gender Officer. She is Partner in the Gender Solution – gender equality consultancy.

Haley Fica
Haley Fica is a general engineer at Army Futures Command. She completed her MS in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia Engineering. She has previously worked at Junior Hardware Engineering, an Armaments Research Company, where she focused on energy harvesting and its potential for Internet of Things devices. Her experiences include being an Adjunct Professor for The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art as well as participating in the NASA Ames Summer Internship. Her hobbies include tap dancing and Broadway.

Agnieszka Kuran-Puszkarska
Agnieszka Kuran-Puszkarska is the Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO at Aurex with expertise in business development, Power Plants project estimation, and construction. Her past positions include being a risk manager at Siemens for Nuclear and Conventional Power Plants as well as the Head of Project Controls/Proposal and Project Manager and an Estimations Engineer at Fluor. She has previously been a builder for Habitat for Humanity and volunteered with Action Against Hunger.

Anna Janikowska
Anna Janikowska is the customer service manager at Gefco, a global car transportation company. Her expertise lies in ensuring a quality customer journey, which includes ensuring that the client feels respected and satisfied. Her experience includes onboarding clients such as major motorization companies like Stellantis group, Volkswagen Group, BMW, Mercedes amongst others.
