Hi! Our goal is to raise awareness about mental health among youth in Poland (and beyond :))

We've noticed a drastic shortage of mental health outlets in our country and, considering what is going on in the world right now, we've decided to take initiative and do what we can to improve the situation, start a discussion about mental health among the young generation and get rid of the stigma surrounding this topic.

We are open for discussions so feel free to reach out with any questions or opinions you may have ;)
